This two-day hands-on workshop introduces students to the Sony HVR-Z5U high definition camera package. We will cover technical aspects of camera operation, sound recording, and basic lighting principles. There will be a lot of opportunity for practical exercise with your newly acquired skills.

Day 1: Understanding your camera and all manual settings to get the best shot. Exposure, gane, shutterspeed, white balance, etc. Practical exercise.

Day 2: Basic principals of three-point lighting and sound recording. Exercise and hands-on practice.
