A number of art centres/artists – the Centre for New Art Activity (New York), General Idea (Toronto), Sharon Grace and David Ross (San Francisco), Open Space (Victoria), Telvista (Memphis) and Video Inn, Pumps, Mainstreet, Digit and HP (Vancouver) – partipate in the multi-point, inter-connect, slow scan transmission, Hands Across the Border, co-organized by Willoughby Sharp.
