October and November is Circuit Bending season at VIVO

Throughout the months of October and November, VIVO Education is hosting a Circuit Bending and Glitch series in partnership with Vancouver New Music and Video Out.

There will be open build nights/workshops, performance opportunities, screenings, video submissions, talks, demonstrations and one big final showcase on November 7th, featuring the biggest and baddest circuit bent projects in Vancouver. What is circuit bending, you ask? Check out this link for more info.

These events are for everyone from the curious beginner, to the seasoned bender.

This entire series is done without project funding – and administrators and artists are working outside of regular hours to make this happen. We are making a number of events by donation, in the interest of making this series as accessible as possible. If you attend any of these evenings, please consider donating a minimum of $10 to go towards making more events like this happen.
