VIVO also welcomes submissions on an ongoing basis. Artists, collectives, curators, and organizations are welcome to reach out to us with proposals for exhibitions, workshops, production residencies, screenings, co-presentations, gatherings, performances, music shows, fundraisers, grant support, promotional support, and other forms of public and community engagement.

The Programming Committee will review and respond to all submissions within two months of receipt.

We strive to be a low-barrier Centre for emerging and experimental practices and to share resources equitably. Please be aware that we are only able to program within staff capacity, pending funding, and aligned with our mandate, values, and current artistic directions.

Please include a project description (up to 500 words), artist bio(s) and/or statements, relevant support material (ie 5 images or 5 minutes of audio/visual work), and your specific request for support in terms of budget, technical support, grant application support, promotions, accessibility, space, and/or equipment. We welcome submissions in text (pdf) or video formats.
